In that weird limbo where I don't know where to direct my energy.
I REALLY wanna code but stupid GitHub Actions and the other two ways to sync my site to Neocities DIDN'T WORK! The thought of getting to them IS NOT APPEALING AT ALL!
What I usually do in these cases is update my /Now page. It did work somewhat in which I have a clear idea of the big stuff I need to finish, the Tumblr blogs export and the DW comms.
I also cleaned some drafts from the pile, the 18+ comics recs and the /Support page. The former ended up being two posts, one for my 18+ blog (which really doesn't get many posts) and the latter for my OC DW comm.
What I struggled with the 18+ comics was that I wrote both the rec list with commentary and also brainstormed about submissions for Kinktober. At first the post was going to be just for me but I liked the idea of recommending those comics so the notes about my OCs wouldn't have made much sense on their own. Thinking out loud, I should add a condensed version to my 18+ when I remake it (sweats) similar to what I did for the IE recs.
On the other hand, the /Support page is a page for my main website and main the 18+ site one day. It's a slash page with a list of ways other folks can support me. I'm not sure how useful it's going to be but this is more about a community thing. I miiiighttt make a blog post about it? Despite the blogging community kind of topic, it's gonna be fandom-related. I'm more than a little nervous about the prospect tbh.
Anyways, the first draft was pretty solid. I just added more text and kept the story going. Somehow it's more than 1k words. Maybe it will be 1.5k by the end. Anyways, this page is not going to go live anything soon so I decided to cross it from my list for now.
I still feel like I'm carrying some weight around. Maybe it's the thirty or so comments I haven't replied to. I'll get to that.
