    • April main site update ✅
      • Want to populate the Recs and Creator sections on my Links page and update the Newsfeed.
    • Tiny Linkhub update ☑️
      • Thanks to Tumblr imploding itself and bringing a bunch of fandom mutuals to Pfio, Tumblr offers less value. Thus, I decided to move the button to my Legacy section. Farewell, hellsite!
    • ArimaMary site homepage V2 ☑️
      • EDIT (03/10): Phew, after a lot of hard work, I made my first multi-column layout using flexbox. Couldn’t have done it without Kalechip’s flexbox columns and the multiple inspirations such as nami’s site, ballonlea, and zhongvie. Neocities is doing the funnies and the CSS isn’t loading properly but done is done! edit: something an edited stylesheet can only work if it’s updated on the file system lol.
      • There’s lots I want to change from my site’s current homepage. From making a multi-column layout to adding an archive for site updates to a newsfeed.
    • Link Hub Update ☑️
      • EDIT (02/27): Up and done!
      • Now that I have created categories for my online presence, I’m refining their placement.
      • Ads on Rentry tick me the wrong way so I decided to look for another place to host the 2026 Projects and /Now page. That alternative is micro.blog! It’s been really easy to update and uses Markdown so styling is a breeze. I’ve also changed my perspective on what I consider social media so I have to add Pillowfort into that section.
      • My Toyhou.se is still empty so I see no reason so link to it. With that section gone, I want to create a Legacy category, and move the WP and FFN accounts there.
      • There are also several writing hubs I need to add. I write a lot!
    • ArimaMary After Dark Homepage V2 ☑️
      • EDIT (02/24): Wish I had a screen of the previous version with the new one but it’s done! Super happy how this turned out. I also made a wireframe with Excalidraw to share. Need to make a blog post about this.
      • In an effort to test what kind of homepage I want my main website to have, I want to change the homepage of it’s 18+ sister site. At the time of writing this, I have made a lot of progress.
    • Linkfree ☑️
      • EDIT (01/29): It’s as good as done! Love the end result.
      • Current one is grossly outdated. Need to add new accounts and fic archives mentioned in my 2025 Wrap-up (DW, PF)
    • Links Page for main website ☑️
      • EDIT (01/29): Also done! Added so many new things. There’s a whoooollleee section on the small web, lots of web dev resources, and even media recs!
      • I planning to merge my current web dev commonplace and my Links page. The former is cluttered and messy and the latter is rather empty.
      • I started this on 2025 on a whim and haven’t completed it.

    New

    • Now 0.5 version ✅
      • So this one sprung out outta NOWHERE. No matter how much I trust my decision, the immediacy of the need of this project leaves a bad test in my mouth. I had to move blog hosts and the only real option was doing it myself. This was part of the plan all along but I didn’t consider that the export the blog service gave me would be so difficult to work with. The blog I made is an actual downgrade. No convenience. sigh. But at least it’s mine, and I once again realize there is a price for convenience. This microblog, at the moment of release, has no RSS feed and no micropub server. Thus, all manual updates must be handcoded. Needless to say, this is very inconvenient. Thus, while I somehow get that working, I will be microblogging over at Dreamwidth which DOES have a working Atom and RSS feeds.
      • This handcoded microblog does however, have light and dark mode and is pretty responsive dry laugh. I event got the Projects page look decent! I don’t know how I got the stylesheet working. It was an actual guess.
      • Oh yes, this microblog is built with 11ty! Template by nomnomnami, deployed through Netlify and usual, flexbox code by Kalechips. I acknowledge my obsession with making all of my sites use flexbox.
      • Looking at it now, fuck I love it. Anyways, there’s a couple of placeholder pages that have nothing. It’s part of the 11ty template I was following.
      • I really should write a blog post about this whole ordeal, and stop doing web dev for a while. It’s unhealthy! And the code is a frigging mess.
    • Now ☑️
      • EDIT (03/12): My long-term presence on micro.blog is official. I think I can close this project. I’ve added a link to the account on my linkhub with the name of this project. Alright!
      • EDIT (03/11): Two things have happened, I have the intention to move a bulk of the topics I post on Mastodon to my blog on micro.blog which now redirects to the subdomain micro.arimamary.net. Also, I started designing a micro blog page using the nami’s template. I’m not sure what I’ll do with the latter yet. The thing about it is that it’s a huge pain to add updates. I could use it as an archive instead of the Newsfeed section I added on my site but… that would double back on what I already did which seems counterproductive.
      • EDIT (02/21): Been thinking about how much of a pain updating a markup-based microblog is going to be and am worried about maintaining another RSS feed. So I am testing micro.blog to see how much of the heavy lifting it can do for me without compromising access to my data. Pretty promising so far.
      • Using nami’s Pastille template, I want to set up a little hub for my microblogs and status on my site. It will replace the Rentry page. Not sure how or where to add the Community Event and Writing Backlog sections yet.
      • It will start as an archive for my Tumblr art blog before turning into an archive of toots and posts in other accounts (likely Mastodon and Pillowfort).
    • Newsfeed ☑️
      • EDIT (03/10): Along with the homepage 2.0 design I also finished this.
      • I’ve been considering a way to archive Mastodon toots and setting up a microblog section on my main site. So between looking at my options, I decided to add a newsfeed section on my main site with past toots.
    • Archive Mastodon Threads ☑️
      • EDIT (03/10): Done! Nothing much to say than it’s a plain-text archive. I completed this alongside the 2.0 homepage update.
      • Some longform threads that I would like to archive. Maybe I should just make them blog posts.
    • (18+) ArimaMary After Dark Blog with Zonelets ☑️
      • EDIT (02/24): Done!. Even comes with a RSS feed <3.
      • Now that I have the template, I can throw it into my NSFW site. I wasn’t sure I needed it at first but I need to archive this post about making an OC profile for my site so I think that’s the best place for it to go.
    • (18+) Ryuugamine Kiyoshi’s (OC) Character profile ☑️
      • Just like his OC counterpart, I wanted to make an OC profile for him as well. Valentine’s Day was the fastest date I could use as an excuse so voila! Should probably make an accompanying blog post…
    • Blog with Zonelots ☑️
      • EDIT (01/29): Self-hosted blog right here!
      • I’m been thinking a lot about what software to host my blog with. I decided on Zonelots because it’s rather basic and I feel it’s a good way to start on the anything-self-host are of web dev.

    • Pfio Blog Description Refresh ☑️
      • A quick and easy edit of my fort to use my blog description as a pinned posts. For an overview of changes, click here.
    • Mastodon links reorganization ☑️
      • Apart from adding a link to my Pillowfort account, I took the opportunity to shuffle my links in an order resembling my link hub.
